Our company is an officially licensed arms broker that sells many different types of ammunition. The 5.56 x 45 mm cartridges are one of our most popular offerings. They have a variety of uses and can be used in many different weapons. Primarily, they’re found in multiple 5.56 mm assault rifles and light machine guns.
We currently sell two different types of the cartridge for purchase on our website:
- 5.56 mm cartridge with lead core bullet: With a lead core, these bullets tend to be significantly more lethal than steel core bullets when fired at human targets.
- 5.56 cartridge with steel core bullet: Steel core bullets aren’t as lethal as lead ones, but they make up for this by being incredibly effective at penetrating light armor. In fact, our cartridges are specially designed for this exact purpose.
The 5.56 x 45 mm cartridges are considered to be part of the intermediate cartridge family and have their roots in Belgium. They’re not as powerful as a traditional full-power battle rifle cartridge, but they do offer far more range than a pistol or handgun cartridges. You will typically find these cartridges in use by many NATO forces and other defense forces all over the world. They’re widely considered to be one of the most reliable forms of ammunition on the battlefield.
As with all of our products you will receive these tightly packed in a wooden case. Each order will give you 810 cartridges across two boxes.
