60 mm Mortar Bomb HE Explosive & Practice
Hartford International Group manufacture and supply 60 mm mortar bomb HE explosive & practice bombs. The 60 mm bombs are ideal for infantry use due to their light weight and ease of carry. They’re capable of fighting against most unarmoured and living targets. The highly explosive force combined with the 500 effective fragments makes it an efficient bomb to use against infantry.
The fragmentation is achieved by using spheroidal graphite cast iron with predominantly ferritic structure. This gives it the 500 effective fragments, making it such an effective anti-infantry weapon but also giving it an advantage over unarmoured targets.
You can also purchase practice bombs that are intended for training purposes. With an inert load and flight ballistics that are identical to the explosive version, the PRACT mortar bomb is a good learning tool to teach soldiers how to operate a 60 mm calibre mortar in the field.
